Helping Others
As a non-profit organization, Pathways relies
heavily on volunteers to help create the training
each month. Volunteering is another way Pathways
graduates stay involved and continue their training.
Volunteer opportunities include:
Training Assistant (TA)
Training Assistants (TAs) are Pathways graduates
who lead small groups in the training room upon
completion of an internship program. Most TAs
say that being a TA is like getting their training
all over again.
Working in the Pathways Office or Registration
Any individual who has completed the Partner
I seminar may volunteer to work in the Pathways
office or on a registration team. All volunteers
earn $10.00 an hour which is applied toward their
own training costs or that of a friend or family
member.
Pathways Alumni Continuing Education (P.A.C.E.)
Committee Membership
P.A.C.E. Committees focus on providing support
to Pathways graduates and raising money for the
Tuition Assistance Program. This scholarship fund
is used to offer these life changing skills those
who cannot afford the seminars. Graduates may
serve on any of the following committees in an
effort to give back some of what they got in the
training:
- Fund Raising Committee
- Large Group Leader Committee
- Scholarship Committee
- Service & Support Committee
- Social Committee
- P.A.C.E. Chapter Leader
